Note: When Crash Magic Online is installed as an ISAPI plug-in, the port and IP address are no longer relevant. This information is managed by the web server.  In addition, multiple instances may be installed, and the application may be accessed from any virtual directory on the server.  (i.e. http://myserver/myvirtualdir/crashmagiconline_isapi.dll)
