Import - XML to DB

oOnly needed if source data is not XML.

oName should describe source. (e.g. "PD DB to XML" or "IMW DB to XML" or "SWITRS DB to XML")  

oThis DB to XML PSRattr is essentially one or more queries against the raw data source.  

oThe resulting query results are structured as XML and saved to files by the Convert process.
